Why Are Park Home Surveys Important?
Park home surveys are essential for various reasons:
- Identifying Hidden Issues: Surveys can reveal underlying problems that may not be apparent to an untrained professional.
- Negotiation Power: Armed with survey findings, you can negotiate the price or request repairs before finalising a purchase.
- Peace of Mind: Knowing the true condition of your park home gives you peace of mind and helps you plan for future maintenance.

What is an extended warranty?
Park home manufacturers provide a warranty lasting between 1 to 2 years. Thereafter any warranties with the home are underwritten by a third party insurance company such as Gold Shield or Platinum Seal. These warranties generally cover the structure of the home but in the small print it is noted that in order for the warranty to remain valid the home must be inspected annually.
Annual Inspection Survey
Our annual inspection ensures that you are complying with the obligations under your warranty whilst also giving you peace of mind as to your homes condition. This enables any defects to be addressed quickly which in turn reduces your repair costs.
